For the young (and young at heart!) it’s the amusements and children’s play park that make a trip to Paignton Pier extra special.

When you first enter the Pier, don’t miss the little amusement room, where we’ve got a nostalgic trip down memory lane with some of the traditional coin push, toy grabber and fruit machines from yesteryear.

Then further down the Pier, you’ll be amazed how much fun has been squeezed into Paignton Pier Amusements, where there’s more than 300 machines, ranging from the traditional to the very latest video games, which are constantly being updated.

Towards the end of the Pier you’ll discover our wonderful children’s play park featuring rides, slides, games and attractions.

Choose from the trampolines, bouncy slide, water boats, bumper cars, shooting range, Helter Skelter and many more. Dotted along the Pier there’s also more kids’ coin-operated rides, a JCB digger ride and basketball game.

You can also grab a photograph in one of the giant deckchairs or the traditional fun ‘head-in-the-hole’ cut out boards. And there’s plenty of seating available to rest, relax and enjoy the views.
